We have an important message for those who have booked their hotels via the Pinestone Resort. It has come to our attention that the resort will be closing prior to our big day. We wanted to extended our deepest apologies as this was not anticipated.

After a a couple of tears, we were able to confirm new accommodations at Sir Sam’s Inn & Spa.

We understand this is not an ideal situation, but we kindly ask that you cancel any bookings previously made with the Pinestone and rebook your rooms at Sir Sam’s Inn & Spa.

We have reconfirmed our transportation and can confirm that you will still be brought to and from the venue and Sir Sam’s Inn & Spa (time to come).

**Due to the location and time of year, this hotel is unable to book room blocks for us and does unfortunately have a limited number of rooms. With that said, if the rooms are booked early enough, all of our guests can be accommodated. That being said, if you are interested in other accommodations, there are plenty of beautiful Airbnb’s and cabins in the area for rent and parking will be available at the venue.

Once again, we are beyond sorry for this very sudden, not-so-fun wedding update but as Scott always says “everything always works out”.
